Option A - It looks more professional. While the other design still shows amazing talent, it reminds me of something I might have seen on a high school planner.

Option B -- the other one is SO boring and looks the same as every other year

I vote B because if you look at A blown up it is ridiculously pixelated and quite a horrible photo and slightly unoriginal. B is much more unique and shows great talent - perhaps just cover the unprofessional letters with some computerized lettering.
